This year’s Executive Conference theme Charting the Course Forward captures the industry’s main challenge: to imagine and prepare for post-pandemic business conditions where continued volatility and supply chain disruption are bound to be the new normal. The program reflects the enormous task companies face as they map their strategic plan for 2022. The scarcity of skilled labor, component shortages, inflation and continued global geopolitical uncertainty will require leaders to take full advantage of the most current forecast data and innovative thinking.

The Conference Program

The conference program provides the thought leadership essential to navigating these turbulent waters.

Two experts will share their vision on becoming better leaders and developing more effective teams. Author Steve McClatchy’s presentation “Decide: Personal Leadership” explores the decision making that shapes a leader’s outcomes, career and life. The past 18 months have taught us how valuable our personal time is in balancing life’s demands. Steve shares his insight on increasing work and life engagement, preventing burn-out and the importance of being an example of balance for others to follow. The session is sponsored by the TTI Family of Companies.

Ross Bernstein will outline “The Champion's Code”. Ross' program is all about the DNA of what makes champions in sports so unique and how that relates to business. This session will focus on how leaders can follow their moral compasses to win the right way - with respect, ethics, and integrity while creating a culture of excellence. Ross explores how improve your leadership and create more "buy-in" by embracing change and failure. Ross’s session is sponsored by Cornell-Dubilier Electronics.

Founder of Cloud Wars Media, Bob Evans will map the “Revolution in the Cloud”. As one of the world’s leading analysts of the Cloud industry and the global phenomenon of digital transformation, Bob will delve into why the Cloud matters. Today, 2 billion people around the world want to live digitally enhanced lifestyles - and the only way businesses can keep up with 2 billion digitally driven people is to harness the power of the Cloud. Industry specific clouds are allowing businesses to focus on customer experience, speed, and innovation. What will this mean to your business?

The conference would not be complete without an economic forecast. Cliff Waldman CEO of New World Economics returns to the conference for his highly anticipated “The World After Covid”.  Using the latest data from key industrialized and emerging market economies, Cliff will chart the state of the global economy. ECIA Chief Analyst Dale Ford will provide his expert analysis of the electronics market and report on how the industry and supply chain have been reshaped by recent events. Dale’s research shows the major forces and trends that must be managed for sustainable success and outlines the key technologies shaping future electronics products.
